SPIRITUS Breathwork & Somatic Healing – Group Experience
You’re invited into a powerful 2.5-hour group experience of SPIRITUS Breathwork and Somatic Healing - a space to slow down, soften, and come back to you.
This is an invitation to step into your own healing container and meet what has been waiting to be felt. Through conscious breath and guided somatic awareness, you’ll be supported to safely access and release stored tension held within the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic body. From this place, clarity emerges - creating space to realign, reset, and move forward with intention.
Kat has devoted the past 8 years to deep personal transformation and embodied study, learning and integrating tools that support real, sustainable change. She is honoured to carry the lineage of her teacher, Tim Morrison, and to share these practices with integrity, presence, and care.
