FAQ's
How can I get started?
Getting started is easy! You can either sign up as a member on our website, sign the waiver and choose a memberships/plan to join the classes. Alternatively, you can request a session directly through my website or reach out via DM or email to discuss which option suits you best — whether it’s a one-on-one private session, a small group class, a women’s workshop, or a breathwork session. I’ll help you choose the right starting point so you can begin your training or practice confidently, at your own pace.
Do I need to be fit or have any experience to train?
Absolutely not! You don’t need to be fit or have any prior experience to start. My sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you’re at, whether you’re a complete beginner, returning to movement, or looking to refine your skills. Training is about building capability, confidence, and body awareness at your own pace, not about keeping up with anyone else. Everyone can benefit from the physical, mental, and nervous-system benefits of Muay Thai and Dutch Kickboxing, and I will guide you every step of the way.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes — virtual sessions are available for Breathwork only. My Muay Thai and Dutch Kickboxing training is in-person only, so I can provide hands-on guidance and ensure proper technique. Breathwork can be fully facilitated online, allowing you to experience a safe, grounded, and transformative session from the comfort of your own space.
