I’m opening up 12 spots for a powerful in-person workshop designed specifically for women and teen girls (11+) who want to feel stronger, more aware, and more confident in their bodies.
This is not just about learning how to throw a strike.
It’s about understanding behaviour, regulating your nervous system under pressure, and developing practical skills you can actually use.
