Service Description
Note: This is for new clients ONLY (or those that haven't worked with me in more than 12 months) A 1:1 deep healing container if you are curious to explore, ready to transform, and committed to changing the way you think and live. This style of breathwork involves conscious connected breathing cycles (used to enter into altered states of healing), somatic healing and sound healing. SPIRITUS Breathwork is an expansive way to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and further insight into what is holding you back. It has roots in shamanic realms, and trauma and somatic release. During the session, you will be guided into your own healing container. Kat invites you to let go and break free so you can move forward in life with less weight and more purpose.
Cancellation Policy
Once your appointment has been confirmed, you will be required to complete a mandatory client intake form online. This will be sent to you via the agreed method and due no less than 48 hours BEFORE your session. If this step is skipped your session will be forfeited. Ensure you check your junk/spam folder for correspondence from us. 24 hours notice of rescheduling or canceling is required for 1:1 Breathwork sessions No refunds are offered for change of mind.
